Guest reported a non-functional AC unit requiring open windows, which combined with significant noise pollution from an on-site bar and hallway traffic, severely disrupted sleep quality throughout the night and early morning.

The noise levels at night were extremely disruptive. I could hear every word and footstep in the hallway, and even water running in other rooms, which prevented me from getting proper sleep.
