The pull-out sofa bed had mold growing underneath it, which is a serious health concern. The room was also dusty with old food items left behind.

Only one elevator was working and it had malfunctioned the day before. Getting my suitcase down the narrow stairs to the lower parking level was difficult and felt unsafe.

Guest reported that a staff member threatened to call the police and have their family removed due to their toddler's normal, supervised behavior during check-in. This unjustified intimidation created a hostile environment and raises serious concerns about staff training and the hotel's treatment of families.

Guest reported a non-functional in-room safe and an electrical outlet by the bed that was not working, which hindered the ability to charge multiple devices. Additionally, an ice machine on the 6th floor was found to be broken without prior notification from the hotel.
