The hotel's webcam placement and view do not provide guests with adequate visual information about the property's location or surroundings, which could impact pre-arrival situational awareness.

Guest reported severe noise disturbance from a loud generator that forced them to check out at 3am, rendering the room uninhabitable. The guest also noted unsanitary bathroom conditions upon arrival and a complete lack of follow-up or resolution from management after multiple attempts.

The heater in my room was broken and wouldn't warm the space. The staff did provide a small portable heater, but the strong smell of bleach was noticeable.
