Guest reported that shared bathroom facilities were dirty, and the children's playroom contained broken toys and scattered debris, presenting potential hygiene and minor physical hazards.

The door to the smaller bedroom was jammed and could only be opened by forcing it with my shoulder, which is a safety concern. I also saw ants and cockroaches in the accommodation.

Guest reported unsanitary family bathrooms with visible dust, cobwebs, and spiders, and observed unauthorized individuals, later identified as staff, rummaging through park skip bins, raising concerns about hygiene and security.

The location is right under the airport flight path, so the noise from planes was constant and disruptive.

My car was broken into twice while staying here, and the staff never followed up after promising to check security cameras. The pool area had rowdy, intoxicated groups with no staff supervision, and there are holes in the back fence where people enter at night.
