Guest reported the elevator only services up to the 5th floor, requiring stairs for access to the 6th floor, and noted the elevator was slow and small. The guest also mentioned thin walls on the 6th floor, resulting in significant noise transmission from adjacent rooms.

Guest reported unsanitary conditions including a dead lizard in the toilet and generally dirty rooms. The air conditioner was also noted to be excessively noisy.

The air conditioner was leaking water and the water heater wasn't working. The room was also dusty and the towels weren't clean.
