Spacious Balwyn Villa in Great Location

The front desk person was intrusive, asking personal questions about our plans. It felt more like an interrogation than a check-in.

The bathroom had a disgusting smell of urine and the walls were covered in blight. The shower cabin looked very bad and the toilet was visibly unclean.

Guest reported excessive nighttime noise and inadequate heating, with the heating system only operational at night. Additionally, a personal valuable item was reported missing from the room.

Guest reported fraudulent booking practices and aggressive behavior from staff, including refusal to communicate and hanging up on calls. This creates a hostile environment and indicates a complete breakdown of trust and safety protocols.
