Guest reported multiple rooms with extreme dampness and persistent musty odors, creating an unhealthy environment that forced them to change rooms and ultimately check out early. The lack of step-free access and absence of baby-changing facilities presented significant accessibility and hygiene concerns, particularly for a family traveling with an infant.

Some guest blocks are quite far from the main facilities. While buggies are available for transport, this could be a concern for accessibility or in case of an emergency.

The transport coordination to the pier was disorganized and I witnessed a staff member arguing with a guest and making an inappropriate comment. It felt unprofessional and created an uncomfortable situation.

I never received the booking confirmation after they said they had my details. This lack of communication could leave a traveler stranded without confirmed accommodations.
