Guest reported significant gaps around the room door, compromising privacy and security. Additionally, a blown fuse rendered electrical outlets inoperable.

There was a large gap under my door, letting in light and hallway noise. I had to block it with a bath towel to sleep.

I was in a basement room and the noise from above and outside my window made it very hard to sleep. Staff using the stairs right outside my window for conversations and work created constant disruptions.
