Pembridge Palace Hotel

The window in my room wouldn't shut completely, letting in cold air. The curtain was visibly moving from the wind, and the room was uncomfortably cold.

Housekeeping entered my room with a master key while the door was locked and the 'do not disturb' sign was on. This is a serious privacy and security concern.
