The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made me feel more secure knowing they were responsive.

Guest reported inconsistent staff responsiveness at the bar area, where service prioritization appeared arbitrary and led to guests abandoning their request for evening refreshments.

Guest reported a broken AC unit that only generated heat, forcing them to open windows which exposed them to constant train noise and compromised room security. Additionally, a broken shower holder in the cramped bathroom created significant inconvenience and potential safety hazards during use.
