Guest reported extremely poor sound insulation with walls described as 'paper thin,' allowing clear hearing of neighboring guests' conversations throughout the night, significantly disrupting rest.

Guest reported being extremely sick upon arrival and having to remain in a filthy reception area while arranging alternative accommodations. The facility conditions posed health risks during a vulnerable situation.

Guest reported multiple maintenance issues including a bathroom door that would not close properly and a non-functional bedside light. Staff indicated maintenance was unavailable on weekends and failed to address the issues during the week, with no alternative room offered due to full occupancy.

Guest reported significant cleanliness issues including filthy floors and abundant black mold in the bathroom grout, which presented a health hazard and severely impacted their stay.

An engineer entered my room without permission twice, which is a serious privacy and security breach. The shared elevator with the restaurant is constantly occupied and left with kitchen items overnight, creating access and hygiene issues.
