Guest reported a significant lapse in staff integrity and communication regarding a missing mailbox key, which was withheld for a month despite the guest's inquiries. This failure in basic security protocol and staff responsiveness created a stressful and distrustful environment.

I noticed mold in the central AC system and on the walls, which seems to be due to non-mold-proof paint. This is a health concern.
