YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel

Guest reported a critical failure in staff responsiveness and communication, where immediate attempts to correct a booking error were ignored, resulting in significant financial loss and a complete breakdown of trust.

The staff refused to help us change rooms when we had a legitimate request. Their lack of flexibility and poor customer service made our stay very stressful.

The hostel's layout has ensuite rooms in a separate wing from other facilities. I felt secure but noted the distance when moving between areas.
