The hotel was clean and comfortable, with no safety issues observed during my stay.

Guest reported that the breakfast seating area had uncomfortably cold air conditioning creating a draft, which could impact guest comfort and wellbeing during extended periods.

The AC unit was very noisy and disrupted my sleep. The staff communication during my room change request was completely broken, leaving me to handle everything myself.

Guest reported multiple safety hazards including brown mold in the shower, loose electrical wiring behind the bathroom mirror, and recurring shower flooding across multiple rooms. The hotel's systemic maintenance failures and inadequate staff response created significant health and safety risks during their stay.

The pool is far too small for the hotel's capacity. It felt unsafe and unusable for swimming when just a few people were in it.
