Guest reported severe air quality concerns with thick gray dust/mold accumulation on AC filters, along with persistent sewage-like odors indicating potential ventilation or plumbing failures. Additionally, poor shower drainage created unhygienic standing water in the bathroom.

Guest reported significant elevator congestion with only three service elevators for 36 floors, leading to very long wait times, particularly during group check-in/out periods.

The tile grouts in the bathroom were covered with mold, and the overall building condition seemed dilapidated with decaying corridors.

The elevator system seemed to have a bug where it would rush past our floor despite being called. With only three elevators for potentially over a thousand guests, this created long wait times and felt critical.
